I work with people in transition, navigating careers, relationships, or identity shifts, who are aware of “this one wild and precious life” and don’t want to waste it.

You want to be truly present in your life, not just moving through it.

You want to discover what you actually want and who you want to share it with.

Most people who sit down across from me are already functioning at a high level. The issue isn’t capability. It’s about the pressure of carrying so much for so long.

Anxiety & Stress

From the outside, things look steady.

Inside you feel: overwhelm, lack of direction, fractured sense of self, imposter syndrome, questioning your worth, and that persistent feeling you’re not doing enough.

Therapy can help you slow down, reconnect with what matters, and build a steadier sense of self that isn’t tied only to achievement.

Identity, Purpose & Life Transitions

Sometimes the question isn’t about what you do, but who you are underneath it all.

Maybe you’re going through the motions more than living into what matters. Maybe change happened, wanted or forced, and you’re trying to figure out how to cope, how to find control, whether your values still show up clearly in your daily life.

Therapy creates space to explore these questions and build a life that reflects who you actually are.

Relationships

You’re holding it together everywhere else, but at home, it comes out as tension, distance, or constant friction. Being present feels out of reach, and at times, so does connection and happiness.

Therapy can remind you how to connect, communicate more clearly, and feel steadier in the relationships that matter most.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about tweaking what it costs you on the inside so you can keep showing up without burning out.

How We Work Together

This is a space to navigate your challenges, understand yourself, and reconnect to the self you carry inside.

We’ll explore the past and patterns that shape how you function today and discard ways of being that no longer serve you. My approach integrates psychodynamic, relational, and emotion-focused work with my rich background in somatics and the body.

It’s a calm, trauma-informed space where self-compassion and insight are central.

My clients tell me they feel able to speak from the heart and explore the depth of who they are. Together, we work toward being comfortable in your own skin and stepping into who you want to be.
